How do I become an O-Life distributor?

You can become an O-Life distributor by signing up through our company website or by downloading our membership form from our Download Center.

Is there an age requirement to become an O-Life distributor?

Yes, the minimum age requirement is 18.

Why is my social security number required at enrollment?

Your Social security number is required for commission and tax purposes.

What can I receive by signing up for membership and paying the membership fee?

Our members have the benefit of purchasing our products at a substantially lower price than retail and receive bonuses according to our Compensation Plan.

How much does it cost to become an O-Life distributor?

O-Life will collect the annual fee of $25.00 when you start receiving commission.

How many people can I sponsor?

There is no limit; you can sponsor as many people as you like.

How do I renew my distributorship?

O-Life will automatically renew your distributorship unless you discontinue membership through the website or by calling our Customer Service Department.

After my account has been changed to a Preferred Customer, can I pay my renewal fee and get my distributorship back?

Yes, you may. There is a 30 day grace period.

What is the pay cycle?

The pay cycle starts every Saturday at 12:00 a.m. (PST), and ends the following Friday at 11:59 p.m. (PST).

How do I cancel my membership?

You can cancel by sending us a membership cancellation form, which can be downloaded from the member's back office.

What is Autoship?

Is it mandatory? Is there a fee if I cancel or modify my Autoship?Autoship is a program to help you order product on a regular basis. It keeps your business active for your convenience. It is not mandatory and you can cancel or modify your Autoship program without penalty.

How can I make changes to my Autoship Program?

You can make changes to your Autoship program by logging into your back office or by filling out the Autoship modification request form and faxing it back to us.

How do I purchase products?

You can purchase products through our website or from the member's back office. You can also fax/e-mail in a product order form to the corporate office.

What payment methods does O-Life accept?

O-Life accepts Visa, MasterCard, Cashier's Check, or Money Order.

What is a Preferred Customer? How do I become a Preferred Customer?

A Preferred Customer is a non-member that can receive product discounts but who cannot participate in the compensation program. You can become a preferred customer by signing up for our Autoship program.

What is the difference between a distributor account and a Preferred Customer account?

A distributor is someone who can purchase the product at the wholesale price and participate in the compensation plan. A Preferred Customer can only order the product at a wholesale price; however, he/she cannot participate in the compensation program.
