My name is Raul Cuico and I am a Registered Nurse.

I would like to talk about my experience with Azmi.

My story begins back on May 5, 2010; I went running at the park when I felt dizzy and a tightening of my chest. I was taken to Urgent Care, where they ran tests and it was then where I discovered that I had a heart murmur. I was then taken to the Emergency Room at Cedar Sinai Hospital where I was being monitored for congestive heart failure. As if things couldn’t get worse, I met with a cardiologist who told me that I was being put on a list of candidates for a heart transplant.

My world was then turned upside… I didn’t understand why this was happening to me! I ate right and I exercised on a daily basis. What was going on?

It was then when my friend Luz told me about Azmi. I had never heard of Chia seeds before, so I did my research and found out that it had omegas, fiber and everything that I needed. So I decided to try it. During the 2 months that I was taking it, I went back to the doctor and he did an Echocardiogram where they checked my liver, kidneys and my blood levels.
